Our Tea ladies and Messengers/Drivers attended a workshop on Tea/Coffee service on Saturday 04 September 2020 at Ecole at Hôtelière Sir Gaëtan Duval, Ebene.
The aim of imparting the training on Tea /Coffee Service to EDB’s Messengers and Tea Ladies, is to improve our level of service to visitors/stakeholders.

The team was very enthusiastic during the workshop and came back with very good feedback. They acknowledged that the training contents as provided below have been very enriching and beneficial to them:

• Adopting excellent hygiene standards
• Applying standard procedures in preparing tea and coffee
• Serving tea and coffee using special skills and respecting standard operating procedures
• Planning and organising the service environment for tea break and business meetings
